KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal — and at any point sega33 deems necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or driving license) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and approved.
sega33 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, however sega33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions at its sole discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your verified available balance. sega33 reserves the right to process withdrawals in installments for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, as communicated to the Player at the time of the request.

Temporary outages for maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions) do not give rise to liability on the part of sega33.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on sega33. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. sega33 accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses beyond the scope of applicable regulatory obligations.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by sega33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sega33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded or waived.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
